About the training
Perhaps you are at such a stage: Your evaluation/accreditation project has been approved, your team established, yet when facing the extensive Self-Assessment Report (SAR) template, you still feel unsure where to begin. Different standards overlap, English formulations remain uncertain, and the expectations of experts seem unclear.
You may find yourself asking:
“Does our report truly meet the standards?”
“What do experts actually expect to see?”
“Which materials count as solid evidence, and which are merely formalities?”
These are precisely the challenges that the ASIIN Online Workshop (19–21 November 2025) aims to address.
This workshop is not another general information session, but a problem-oriented training focused on the recurring difficulties Chinese universities face during the accreditation process.
Drawing on several recently completed evaluations in 2025, the ASIIN team will explain standards, reveal expert expectations, and guide participants in critically revising their Self-Assessment Reports and supporting materials from an evaluator’s perspective.
🌐 By participating in this workshop, you and your team will:
✅ Gain a comprehensive understanding of the evaluation and accreditation process, including key milestones and timelines;
✅ Learn from analyses of common misunderstandings and lessons learned from previous Chinese accreditation cases;
✅ Acquire a systematic grasp of ASIIN’s General Criteria and Subject-Specific Criteria;
✅ Understand the logic and structure of a well-prepared Self-Assessment Report (SAR);
✅ Learn how to prepare and present supporting documents with sufficient and coherent evidence;
✅ Improve the accuracy of English documentation and enhance international communication;
✅ Ultimately shorten the accreditation cycle and achieve more successful results.
